Design new construction, historic adaptive reuse projects, and acquisition rehab projects. Work closely with Real Estate Development team to analyze sites for potential developments. Work closely with the Construction Department for estimating, construction documents, and construction. Project Architect Qualifications: Degree in Architecture or related field. Five years of related experience, preferably in multi-family housing. Strong knowledge of building systems. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
