Description We are in search of a meticulous and dedicated Credit Clerk to join our team based in Orange, California. This role involves a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and minor involvement in payroll within our dynamic real estate industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the organization and contribute significantly to our accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer credit records.

• Resolving customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and initiating appropriate actions to collect overdue payments.

• Sending out monthly AR statements to customers.

• Applying cash receipts accurately to maintain up-to-date records.

• Following up on collections to ensure payments are received in a timely manner.

• Assisting with payroll duties, including reviewing timesheets.

• Utilizing various software for accounting tasks, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, and QuickBooks.

• Performing data entry tasks and invoice processing as required. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing procedures

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Experience with Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle software

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP software

• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred

• Prior experience in an Accounting Clerk role is an advantage.
