Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.

• Monitor the production process and adjust schedules or resources as needed to optimize efficiency and output.

• Ensure products meet quality standards and work with the quality control team to resolve any issues.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment, conducting regular inspections and training sessions.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and address equipment malfunctions quickly.

• Track production metrics and generate reports for management, suggesting improvements where applicable.

• Train, mentor, and support team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste.

• Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, inventory, and purchasing to ensure seamless operations.
