Responsibilities

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, and maintaining relationships with vendors.

• Process and review invoices.

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

• Managing vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues.

• Assist in month-end closing processes, including reconciling accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
