Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

Taken:

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de progressie die gemaakt wordt op het vlak van de roll out van het continuous improvement programma.

• Daarbij werk je zeer nauw samen met de Continuous Improvement site leader en het bedrijfsmanagement om de nodige stappen te definiëren, uit te werken en de uitvoering daarvan op te volgen.

• Samen met het team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het managen en begeleiden van de implementatie van diverse continuous improvement tools, acties en projecten binnen Oostkamp met het oog op het behalen van gewenste (financiële) resultaten en het behouden/verbeteren van het Oostkamp STAR level.

• Je rapporteert aan de Continuous Improvement site leader

• Je zorgt voor de continue training en ontwikkeling van alle medewerkers in het gebruik van lean management tools alsook de verbetering van de continue verbeterings(continuous improvement)cultuur.

• Je creëert, plant, en volgt de continuous improvement implementatie strategie op, begeleidt Kaizen events en workshops en zorgt voor een borging van de verbeterde situaties en continuous improvement cultuur.

• Je deelt best practices en staat ook mogelijks in voor de ondersteuning bij continuous improvement implementaties in andere sites binnen de business unit.

• Je garandeert dat de wijzigingen tijdig, binnen budget en met blijvend resultaat geïmplementeerd worden.

• Je zorgt voor de nodige rapportering op EMEA, Global of Corporate niveau i.v.m. de status van Continuous Improvement in Oostkamp.

Profiel:

• Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring.

• Je beschikt over het nodige geduld, volharding en gedrevenheid.

• Je brengt de juiste continuous improvement uitstraling en fungeert als voorbeeldfunctie.

• Je kan terugvallen op sterke organisatie, communicatie en leidinggevende skills.

• Je bent strategisch/analytisch ingesteld, in combinatie met een uitvoeringsmentaliteit.

• Je hebt ervaring in Value Stream Mapping en/of hebt interesse om je hierin via opleidingen te verdiepen.

• Je hebt ervaring in Six Sigma en/of hebt interesse om je hierin via opleidingen te verdiepen

• Je bent taalvaardig (Nederlands en Engels).

• Je bent bereid tot meerdaagse buitenlandse verplaatsingen naar andere sites binnen de business unit.
