Aston Carter Program Account Manager in Ontario, California

  • Conduct weekly meetings with the Lead District, create agendas for weekly meetings, and supply follow-up notes after each meeting outlining tasks and due dates

  • Attend and collaborate with Lead District on Quarterly Executive Committee Meetings, assist with the development of the agenda, and preparation of documents needed for the meeting.

  • Attend and collaborate with the Lead District on the Annual Membership meeting, assist with the development of the annual meeting presentation.

  • Lead the annual entitlement request process, analyze survey data, and provide recommendations

  • Communicate results on the annual survey process with member districts denoting canceled truckloads, processors not receiving diversions, etc.

  • Ensure inventory does not exceed 6 months utilization, provide recommendations to management for removal of excess inventory, ensure carryover inventory does not exceed established KPIs.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, pivot table and v-lookups

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to utilize other computer systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to multi-task, excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to think critically, analyze data sets, and provide recommendations

• Ability to travel – up to 25%
