[Responsibilities:]{calibri="" light",sans-serif"=""}

  • Data Management and Planning: Develop and manage detailed planning and scheduling to support both planned and unplanned projects. Ensure accurate data management to facilitate effective project execution.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with project partners to establish and refine work standards and processes. Explore and integrate new technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Schedule Publication: Create and publish comprehensive look-ahead schedules. Work with supported teams to ensure adequate labor availability and alignment with project timelines.
  • Coordination: Coordinate activities with Resort partners, including Program and Project Management teams, to ensure seamless project execution and resource alignment.
  • Long-Term Planning: Contribute to strategic planning efforts for long-term resource management, ensuring the effective utilization of resources across the project portfolio.
  • Leadership Support: Provide detailed and comprehensive schedules for the entire directorate portfolio, facilitating leadership review and decision-making.
  • Database Familiarity: Utilize relational databases for project data management and reporting.

Data Management Experience:

Proven experience in managing and analyzing project data.

Scheduling Tools Proficiency:

Skilled in using scheduling tools such as Airtable, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.

Construction Industry Experience:

Experience within the construction or facilities planning industry is highly preferred.
