Elevate your detail-oriented, organizational, and customer service skills by joining our dynamic team and making a significant impact within the Office of the Registrar at the State University of New York at Oneonta. We encourage applications for the position of Associate Registrar for Catalog and Scheduling. Expectations include construction of the schedule of classes, production of the university catalogs, and providing support in areas related to the Registrar's Office as well as representing the Registrar's Office in various capacities while maintaining a positive customer service attitude.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and producing the schedule of classes and final exam schedule.

  • Leading all aspects of the catalog production, including the integration of curriculum and catalog software as well as the maintenance of our course database in our student information system.

  • Maintaining the SIS database with appropriate academic room/scheduling data.

  • Handling the administrative features of curriculum software forms.

  • Serving as the point of contact for approved microcredential implementation.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of three to five years of experience at a professional level in higher education with at least one year in a Registrar's Office or related office

  • Four years of experience working with Banner Software System or a similar student information system in student records.

  • Experience with curriculum software.

Preferred:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with Modern Campus software, Argos experience

  • Experience working with and serving diverse populations.
