Responsibilities
The Support Integration Architect will manage client relationships and system health, troubleshoot complex technical integration issues with a high degree of variability, and analyze metrics for improvement strategies.
Responsibilities to include:
Develop and plan the execution of client domain strategy.
Track and implement standard recommendations for aligned clients to enhance domain health, safety and usability of the Oracle Health products and services.
Troubleshoot complex technical integration issues, escalating as appropriate.
Analyze performance metrics and identify and propose domain stability improvement strategies.
Work with cross-functional organizations to identify and evaluate packages for code compatibility
Contribute to internal team value and improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 4 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or HCIT or clinical solution work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of technical or clinical support and/or implementation work experience
At least 1+ year of Cerner Millennium experience or completion of the Oracle Cerner Integration Architect Development Program
Experience with CCL and ad hoc investigations.
Experience with modification to and maintenance of Ops jobs, purge templates and unauthenticated data.
Experience with change management, and domain strategy.
Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Expectations:
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Nova Scotia, Canada area.
Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed.
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Canada: Hiring Range from $50,500 to $110,000 CAD per annum
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
