Reporting to the Procurement Manager COE you will partner with cross-functional Supply Chain, IT, Finance and Supplier resources in addition to extensive collaboration with Enterprise Procurement category management (Proteins, Ingredients, Commodities, Packaging, Contract Manufacturing, and Indirect Procurement) to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Enterprise Procurement Center of Excellence (COE).

You’ll develop a deep understanding of procurement systems and processes that allows significant contribution to a variety of cross-functional projects, including advancement of Procurement's Digital Roadmap, through assisting with the implementation of tools and processes that help reach savings goals.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of applications on the Procurement Digital Roadmap

• Gather requirements from end-users within Enterprise Procurement

• Translate requirements to IT

• Work on new Power BI reporting requirements

• Gather reporting requirements from Enterprise Procurement

• Work with Data Analytics team to create Dashboard(s)

• Achieve and maintain power-user status by working with other super-users within the following tools and systems: SAP ECC and additional SAP modules, Project Management tools, and multiple reporting and dashboard applications.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• 5+ years in Purchasing, or Supply Chain or Finance

• Excel - Intermediate Level

• PowerPoint - Experience creating and making presentations from small to large audiences

• Power BI - General navigation

• Availability for travel approximately 10% of time
