Seeking a Payroll Tax Analyst in the Omaha Area!!
Job Description
We are hiring a Payroll Tax Analyst for our team, to support payroll tax functions for all of our US and Canada employees. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and analyzing our company to ensure payroll tax accuracy. You may be involved with reconciling internal tax data, ensuring compliance with payroll tax laws in various jurisdictions, and working with different state/provincial agencies to set up new tax withholding accounts for new company entities.
Qualifications:
3+ years of general Accounting, Payroll Tax or Payroll experience required
At least one year of Payroll Tax experience required with advanced knowledge of payroll tax requirements including Federal, State and Local laws and compliance issues
Prefer experience with SAP and ADP Tax service
Strongly Prefer CPP or FPC certification
BS/BA in Business, accounting or related field preferred

- This is a permanent position.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Omaha, Nebraska and some days remote.
You get two days remote after training is complete.
Flexible hours between 7:00-9:00 AM and 4:00-6:00 PM
8-hour shift - 30 min or hour lunch.
