Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Apprentice Millwrights for projects located in Omaha, NE . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $23-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Assist in the dismantling, rebuilding, and assembling of cooling tower components, including structural supports, fans, louvers, and distribution systems

• Work with various materials, including metals (sheet metal, stainless steel), fiberglass, and plastics, to rebuild cooling towers to design specifications

• Assist with the installation of cooling tower components, including fans, pumps, and internal distribution systems that are crucial for proper heat dissipation and cooling efficiency

• Ensure components are aligned and securely fastened to meet both structural and operational standards

• Install and connect mechanical components such as bearings, pulleys, and belts to ensure the cooling tower operates smoothly

• Work with team members to install fan assemblies, ensuring correct positioning and alignment to optimize air movement and cooling efficiency
