*Construction Laborer - Start ASAP - Weekly Pay*

Description:

We are looking for full-time carpenters. The position is responsible for carpentry work, drywall repair, flooring install, painting and all other aspects of residential and commercial construction projects. They may be responsible for leading and directing one or several crew members and/or subcontractors. They are responsible for reading scopes, assessing project needs, sourcing materials, and fully completing the work within the scope assigned to them. The scope may be an entire project or just one element. For example, you may be asked to install kitchen cabinets, or go to a job site to finish out punch items. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production processes, demolition and other labor intensive tasks

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.

• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times

• Communicate with restoration supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes

• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance

• You will be responsible with doing light demolition on drywall, trim, cabinets, carpets, etc.

• You will be in charge of inventory and load company vehicle with required equipment, products, and supplies for specific projects.

• You will be responsible with safely operating a variety of hand and power tools.

• You will be setting up and removing water pumps, fans, and other restoration equipment in authorized work areas.

Pay:

• $18-$26 an hour

• Pay Depending on Experience
