Traveling Construction Laborer- $25-$35/hour-Start ASAP- Weekly Pay!

Are you ready for a challenging and rewarding role that combines hard work, travel, and the chance to be part of a dynamic construction team? We’re looking for dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team on a large-scale civil construction project. Starting in Omaha, NE, you’ll undergo 2-4 weeks of

training before heading down to Louisiana in October/November to continue your work. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in erosion control and work in various environments across the country.

Location:

Omaha, NE (training), then Louisiana (October/November onwards)

1-year contract

Monday –Friday, 6 AM – 6 PM

$830 per diem per week!!

Responsibilities:

•Hand Install Silt Fences & Wattles to prevent erosion on large civil construction sites.

•Drive steel t-posts manually using a pneumatic post driver.

•Zip-tie silt fence to steel t-posts for secure installation.

•Operate a silt fence plow to create trenches and deploy fabric rolls as the plow moves.

•Ensure the fence stays securely in the ground by tamping and backfilling the trench.

•Clean out sediment that collects in the fence and wattles using a shovel (with assistance from heavy equipment operators as needed).

•Work in varied environments—hot, dry summer conditions and cold, wet fall/winter weather.

•Use shovels and carry materials like T-posts and silt fence rolls.

•Maintain a positive attitude and determination to complete tasks, even in adverse conditions.

What We’re Looking For:

•Self-starters who are motivated to work and ready to travel.

•Strong determination to complete tasks, even when facing challenging weather or job site conditions.

•A team player who thrives in a construction environment, and is eager to learn.

•Previous experience in construction or labor is a plus, but not required.
