We are looking for a technical analyst who can utilize their innovative vision by using their skills and imagination to provide business intelligence services and solutions to the Conagra Brands GBS (Global Business Services) Organization. Reporting to the Manager Business Services, you will be a member of a Business Intelligence and Analytics team, a part of the Conagra Brands Global Business Services Center of Excellence.

You will:

• Work directly with the product owner(s) using a variety of tools and technologies to design and deliver actionable, strategic, functional and tactical reporting and analytic solutions. Ensuring that they are fully aligned, engaged and accountable for a successful solution delivery.

• Identify needs and opportunities for improved processes, reporting, and analytics delivery and support.

• Lead strong, proactive relationships with internal customers and IT teams.

• Ability to adapt to ever changing priorities and technologies ensuring you stay current with and appropriately leverage business intelligence industry trends and best practices

• Contribute to the solution delivery through disciplined and consistent use of project management phases including but not limited to: requirements gathering, prioritization, understanding business processes and data, tool selection, solution design and build, validation/testing, documentation, deployment and stabilization.

You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree required with 2-5 years related business experience.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and integrate them into key business intelligence processes. Technical skills aptitude that allow for ease in learning new business processes, data models and solution tools.

• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software experience is a plus.

• Deep knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps.

• Preferred exposure to ERP applications, (e.g. SAP R3, BI and Business Objects)

• Hands on experience creating self-service tools/dashboards used to perform what-if analysis, predict future outcomes and highlight drivers of business results

• Experience writing SQL queries to perform data analysis and/or produce reports for business usage

• R, Python or other language used for statistical modeling and/or machine learning a plus.

• Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.

• Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills.
