Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist who is fluent in French to manage assigned workflows and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices. This role requires accuracy in processing a high volume of invoices and three-way-match reconciliation of purchase orders to goods receipts to invoices. The ideal candidate will understand and apply tax plans appropriately for multiple project locations, provide excellent customer service, follow processes and internal controls, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned workflows to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices
Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy
Perform three-way-match reconciliation of purchase orders to goods receipts to invoices
Understand and apply tax plans appropriately to the processing of vendor invoices for multiple project locations
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, promoting a sense of urgency toward business-critical issues
Follow processes, procedures, and internal controls
Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies in the department
Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
Essential Skills
Accounts payable experience
Proficiency in accounting
Customer service skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
SAP/ERP experience
Three-way matching
Purchase order processing
Payment processing
Bilingual in French
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a professional setting
Experience with invoice processing, invoicing, data entry, reconciliation, and clerical tasks
Entry-level or recent college graduates are welcome
Accounting or finance experience is a plus

Work Environment
This position is located in Omaha, NE. The team is diverse in age and experience, with a positive and open-minded attitude towards change. The role requires onsite work for the first 90 days, after which a hybrid work schedule with 2 days at home is available. The hours are flexible within an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm, with most team members working from 7 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
