Job Title: AP Processing Business Coordinator
Job Description
Manage assigned workflows to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy.
Perform three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order to goods receipt to invoice.
Understand and apply tax plans appropriately to the processing of vendor invoices for multiple project locations.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Understand core business and promote a sense of urgency toward business-critical issues.
Essential Skills
Accounts payable experience.
Processing invoices.

Performance motivated.
Experience in a professional setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
SAP/ERP experience is nice to have.
Self-motivated and driven.

Ability to work across functions independently.
Work Environment
Onsite for the first 90 days, then can work a hybrid work schedule with 2 days at home.
Hours: any 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm, most of the team works 7-3:30 with a 30-minute lunch.
This location includes a cafeteria serving breakfast and lunch, Starbucks, gym, pickleball & basketball courts, game room, and a pond with a walking path.
