What You'll Accomplish As a Salesforce Engineer on the Enterprise Applications team, you will play a key role in the execution of our Enterprise Applications strategy that directly impacts internal business operations. Specifically, you will: * Design and develop enterprise-grade Salesforce applications. * Build and optimize declarative systems (flows, layouts, apps, etc.) in Salesforce and recommend programmatic solutions when necessary. * Build and implement integrations using iPaas solutions as well as custom SOAP/REST APIs. * Implement robust change management practices, including managing deployment schedules, conducting thorough testing, and maintaining detailed documentation. * Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and customer support to develop solutions that address a broad range of operational needs. * Develop and monitor key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions and identify areas for improvement. * Ensure data governance and compliance with industry regulations through proper Salesforce configuration and security settings. * Leverage AI technologies to enhance existing solutions and explore innovative uses of AI for business systems to drive productivity. * Adhere to technical standards and scalability. * Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce, AI and business systems advancements and technology trends, continuously evolving your skillset and sharing knowledge with the team. What You'll Bring * 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a proven track record of building complex enterprise applications. * Salesforce certified, ideally in multiple domains including Developer I and II. * Extensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, including data models, security, scalability, and performance optimization. * In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, along with relevant hands-on experience. * Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and evolving technical capabilities of the Salesforce platform. * Experience with SOAP/REST API development and integration using iPaas solutions. * Working experience at a fast-growing SaaS company. * Experien To view the full job description,
