Description:
Looking for patient services specialist responsible for medical front desk responsibilities:
Answering phones
Checking patients into their appointments
Verifying Patient Demographics
PCCs for this opening will be primarily working with referrals processing
checking incoming faxed referrals
processing referrals
checking insurance portals for coverage and insuring prior authorizations are complete

To qualify for this position applicants must:
• Be comfortable working with adult patients
- Must have min 1 year of medical office experience
• Have a proven track record of excellent customer service and retention in former positions (really wants candidates who will stay in the positions)
EPIC or EMR must have
HS diploma or GED
