Growing law firm with offices throughout Illinois seeks an attorney to handle litigation and real estate tax matters. The position is based in Olympia Fields, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate tax matters

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases related to real estate tax

• Prepare and review legal documentation related to real estate tax

• Administer claims and manage complaint handling processes

• Conduct briefings and presentations to clients and team members on real estate tax issues

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate tax laws and regulations

• Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve the best possible outcomes in real estate tax matters

• Stay updated with the latest developments in real estate tax laws and regulations

• Develop strategies for effective and efficient case management in real estate tax matters.

Requirements
