We have a fantastic opportunity available in the Traka (Key and Asset Management) EMEIA Region for a Sales Support Graduate. Part of Global Solutions, Traka provide intelligent management solutions for keys and equipment. Our key cabinets & locker solutions help all types of organisations better control their important assets, improving productivity & accountability, and reducing risk in critical processes.

As an ASSA ABLOY Graduate you will be enrolled onto our EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Graduate Programme, which consists of an 18th month development program learning and building your knowledge and expertise within your chosen field. The program will also entail an all-expense paid 3-month international secondment to another Market Region within ASSA ABLOY. You will take part in several development programmes and will also be assigned a mentor within your local business.

Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

Reporting to our Sales Manager , you will be responsible for supporting our sales and professional services teams through administrative and customer supporting activities, collaborating with a variety of teams to co-ordinate activities and ensure our systems are fully up to date.

What you will do…

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and processing orders.

  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and appointments.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.

    Order Processing:

  • Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Communicate with the logistics team to track and expedite orders.

  • Manage and update inventory levels to meet customer demands.

    Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and proposals.

  • Generate regular sales reports and analysis for the sales team and management.

  • Maintain and update sales records in the CRM system.

    Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Coordinate with the customer service department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage and organize the sales department’s administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.

  • Handle office supplies and equipment needs for the sales team.

    Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics.

  • Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and events.

  • Provide support for sales campaigns and promotional activities.
