This position is for a (Sr. Business Process Consultant) located in Olive Branch, MS.

Summary:

 As the selected candidate, you will manage relationships with a segment of our business, own customer relations, assess portfolios, and oversee the project funnel. You will align initiatives across different service teams and establish an iterative intake and governance process to optimize resource utilization and enterprise portfolio value. This role is critical to our high-performing team dedicated to driving process improvements. As the Senior Business Process Consultant, you will report directly to the Director of Business Process and be an integral part of McKesson's ever-evolving business.

Duties and Responsibilities:  Proven track record of results from the application of process improvement methodologies and effective change leadership. Financial (Profit & Loss and Balance sheet) understanding and business acumen. Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization. Ability to understand and identify the connections between specific projects and the key strategic objectives. Analytic mindset including interpretation, analysis, and evaluation of report and data. Ability to think through, organize and lead multiple projects and tasks concurrently. Ability to facilitate and communicate effectively in a hybrid environment.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:

Degree, or equivalent, typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience. Lean/Six Sigma certification (Black Belt) is highly desirable. Project Management Institute (PMP) certification is a plus.
