We are seeking applicants forFlatbed Die Cutter Operatorpositions in our Olive Branch, MS facility located at 8489 Summit Cove, Olive Branch, MS 38654

PAY & BENEFITS:

$22.12 - $23.75 Pay Range based on experience and placement.

Overtime is paid at 1.5 times base rate in excess of 40 hours per week.

Vacation earned after 90 days and 11 paid holidays

Shift: 1st (6AM - 2PM)

10-hour shift (5am-3pm)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate operation of manufacturing equipment in a safe and competent manner to achieve daily production goals.

Set-up, monitor and operate machine to produce product according to customer specifications.

Troubleshoot, perform minor repair, and preventative maintenance procedures on machine.

Maintain an elevated level of quality and productivity, attention to detail, count accuracy of material. Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes are within customer specifications and have zero material defects.

Setup, adjust and troubleshoot machine as needed.

Comply with all company policies and procedures, including Safety, GMP, FSSC, ISO and maintain good housekeeping.

Ability to adhere to production schedule and perform quality checks as required and take appropriate action when needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

6 months previous experience working on a Die Cutter machine.

Must be a high school graduate or have a GED. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability and willingness to work any shift, overtime hours and weekends as needed. Good attendance record.

Strong safety background. Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.

Must be able to push, pull bend and stoop.

Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic.

Computer skills with the ability to accurately complete all required computer/paperwork task.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.

Excellent communication skills.

Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
