THE WORK

Configures various test stations / test equipment per program required instructions and conducts tests of electronic production assemblies following approved methods, and test procedures. Adjusts and calibrates test stations systems as required; modifies electronic product by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by provided diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting methods. Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as required to resolve test failures. Uses hand, small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties. Assists Test Engineers in design and development of test procedures for new products and recommends product improvements or manufacturing modifications. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Basic Qualifications:

- 5 years or more of direct career experience in electronics test and troubleshoot

- Proficient in component level troubleshooting of solid state, digital, and RF (Radio Frequency) circuits.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite and other data collection programs to accurately document maintenance actions.

Desired Skills:

- Strong level of competency troubleshooting analog and digital circuits

- Ability to troubleshoot programming and timing failures

- Test and troubleshoot High Power Laser system CCAs

- RF component level troubleshooting

- Familiarity with Radar systems

- Thermal and Vibration ESS Test experience

- Familiarity with Solumina and Auto Time

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
