Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Old Mystic, Connecticut. The successful candidate will be joining a team focused on providing technical support in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strong understanding of Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database management, and EO/IR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all hardware and software issues

• Implement and manage Android Development projects

• Utilize Cisco Technologies for network configuration and management

• Operate and maintain Citrix Technologies to ensure application availability

• Manage and maintain company databases for optimal performance

• Operate EO/IR systems and provide technical support as needed

• Maintain and manage Active Directory services

• Provide support for Apple Devices, including troubleshooting and configuration

• Perform Computer Hardware maintenance and repair

• Manage Configuration Management processes and Deployments to ensure system integrity. Requirements • Proficient in Android Development

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies

• Experience with Citrix Technologies

• Knowledge of Database management

• Understanding of EO/IR systems

• Skilled in Active Directory

• Experience with Apple Devices

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management
