Responsibilities

• Inspection and Testing: Perform visual and dimensional inspection of precision components using measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).

• Documentation: Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed inspection records and reports. Document non-conformances and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements. Conduct final inspections to verify product conformance before shipment.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in quality control procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

• Communication: Communicate effectively with production personnel, engineers, and supervisors regarding quality issues and inspection results. Provide feedback and recommendations for quality improvements.
