Description We are in search of a meticulous Payroll Clerk to join our team based in Olathe, Kansas. In this role, you will be entrusted with the crucial task of managing and processing the payroll for our employees. This role is central to our operations in the telecom industry and offers the opportunity to develop skills such as ADP - Payroll, Automated Payroll, bi-Monthly Payroll, Weekly Payroll, Year-end Payroll, and proficiency in using payroll software.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately calculate wages and deductions for our employees

• Ensure timely payment of salaries

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date payroll records

• Address any inquiries from employees regarding their pay

• Assist in resolving any discrepancies in the payroll

• Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all payroll operations align with our policies and procedures

• Utilize payroll software to automate the payroll process

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information

• Work efficiently under pressure to meet payroll deadlines. Requirements • Possession of strong knowledge and practical experience with ADP - Payroll systems

• Demonstrated proficiency in Automated Payroll processes

• Capability to handle bi-Monthly Payroll and Weekly Payroll effectively

• Experience in Year-end Payroll activities, including tax calculations and deductions

• Proficiency in using Payroll software for efficient and accurate payroll processing

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
