Leader Communications Inc. Telecommunications Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Position Summary
Ten years of experience leading and managing complex enterprise-level Communications-Electronics infrastructure implementation projects across multiple Communications-Electronics disciplines such as: Air Traffic Control and Landing System (ATCALS) infrastructure, Voice (VOIP), UHF/VHF Radio, Optical Fiber, and Structured Cabling. Manages personnel performing site surveys, site preparation, and installation of Standard Terminal Automation Replacement Systems (STARS) and relocation of Radar Approach Control (RAPCON) facilities and control towers. Strong Communications-Electronics technical knowledge and experience, demonstrated leadership experience and capabilities, along with strengths in disciplined project management, strategic planning, communications, collaboration, teamwork, planning and organizing, with a commitment to excellence and a strong focus on delivering results.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manages Infrastructure Department
Supervises Infrastructure personnel and projects
Maintains department equipment and vehicles
Meets with customers to ensure personnel are providing quality services and potential clients to obtain future workload
Develops department monthly metrics
Performs site surveys and drafts reports
Drafts and reviews Infrastructure proposals to include labor hours, project schedules, equipment installation plans, list of materials, quality assurance plans, and safety programs required to complete the project

Education & Experience Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject and 10+ years of relevant work experience
