Job Title: Certified Pharmacy Technician - Remote
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining authorizations and requesting detailed clinical information from prescribers. You will also approve coverage determination requests based on defined criteria, enter and document coverage determination request decisions into the PBM system, and notify providers and/or members. Additionally, you will respond to client inquiries regarding authorization approvals and PBM online applications.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using PBM systems and online applications.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to maintaining an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Work Environment:
100% remote work.
Must have a dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
Flexible scheduling, including availability for weeknights and weekends.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
