Schlumberger Maintenance Assistant in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Responsabilities:

  • Follow the QHSE policy and procedures.

  • Comply with SLB Technology Lifecycle Management standards.

  • Work under direct supervision of Technicians or Maintenance Supervisors.

  • Pre-use inspection on equipment before starting the job.

  • Select proper tooling for the job.

  • Perform basic assembly and disassembly of oilfield equipment following proceduresUse basic assembly tools and follow torque procedures, hand tool knowledge and mechanically inclined experience is required

  • Communicate process and safety improvements throughout the shop.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.

  • Other duties as required.

  • Minimum High School Education.

  • Assembly and test experience or mechanically inclined experience preferred.

  • Crane and forklift experience.

  • 2 years of experience in similar roles.

The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that the compensation and benefits listed below are only applicable to successful candidates who are hired onto local United States payroll.

At SLB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19-$23, depending on experience.
