Legal Assistant (Contract) - Oklahoma City, OK

We're seeking a highly organized and motivated Legal Assistant to join our team in Oklahoma City for a short-term contract position. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our legal professionals by managing case files, utilizing case management software, and handling various documentation tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Be the master of organization: Manage case files efficiently and accurately, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

• Tech-savvy and ready to learn: Utilize case management software to track case details, legal research, and case preparation.

• Client champion: Handle complaint resolution in a timely and professional manner.

• Multi-tasking pro: Perform various billing functions, prepare legal briefings, and manage calendars to schedule appointments.

• Data whiz: Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting, with proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant or related role (preferred).

• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with legal terminology a plus.
