JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • IT Operations

  • The IT Operations Center Specialist will monitor core services and infrastructure for various teams across the Love’s organization

  • Utilizing Enterprise monitoring tools, monitor critical sites as well as production and non-production environments, alerting appropriate team(s) on failure or alarm conditions.

  • Review the status of scheduled back-up jobs, restarting failed jobs as necessary, or noting their failure to the appropriate team.

  • Draft, audit and send IT Communications to the enterprise to provide transparency of ongoing major incidents.

  • Security

  • Support corporate and infrastructure security policies.

  • Situation and Incident Management

  • Forward and analyze all incoming information—alerts, tickets, vendor and IT team notifications, customer calls and reports, etc.—for evidence of incident and scope and escalate per escalation matrix(ices).

  • In case an incident is escalated, open appropriate bridge lines and notify resolving teams, individuals, and vendors; notify additional personnel or groups as requested by situation, infrastructure, problem management, or corporate management.

  • Server/Network/Application administration

  • Run diagnostics, scripts, patching, and other troubleshooting or maintenance tasks.

  • Perform symptom recognition and first-level reporting of hardware or software failures to appropriate team(s).

  • Perform basic corrective or troubleshooting tasks under the direction of technical team(s) or through pre-approved procedure(s).

  • Other duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

  • Experience:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a technical role, and experience analyzing data and creating reports.

  • 2-3 years’ experience managing relationships with internal and/or external customers or accounts.

  • Skills:

  • Organized, process-oriented, with excellent prioritization, analytical, written, and oral communication skills— these are essential for an IT Operations Analyst.

  • As a NOC Technician, personnel should be familiar with basic datacenter facilities and processes to ensure smooth operations.

  • Understanding of basic server, storage, and network hardware is required, especially for a Network Operations Center Technician to effectively manage and troubleshoot IT systems.

SCHEDULE AND WORK LOCATION:

  • This is a full time position.

  • Remote work is offered after the onsite training period is complete. The onsite training will take place at our corporate office in Oklahoma City (OKC).

  • Applicants for this position must reside near OKC since this is a 24/7/365 role and they must be avaialble to come into the office as the business requires.

  • Training Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

  • Training typically lasts 2-4 weeks.

  • Training will be onsite at Love's corporate office.

  • Workshift:

  • Evening Shift from 12pm-12am.

  • The NOC Technician in this role will work 3 days per week, and workdays are Friday, Saturday, Sunday. This is a full time position.
