Description:

Enter collision information from Collision Reports into the Client's internal System.

Use data from multiple tools and databases to verify accuracy of location information in collision reports. Correct and enhance location data as needed. Determine collision and intersection diagram codes to be entered into the collision record. Determine and enter interchange and ramp location code information as needed from reference documents.

• Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight

• Retrieving records and electronic files from the database

• Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check outputs

• Collect data and inputting information into databases

• Update databases with new or revised information as necessary

Skills:

Data Entry (at least 1 year of professional experience)

Data Analysis

MS office suite

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with data entry

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and online forms

• Experience maintaining a professional level of privacy in accordance with PII or other relevant regulations
