Lingo Staffing is hiring Dairy Plant Vacation Relief Workers!

Payrate: \$18 per hour then \$3 raise after 90 days

Schedule: 6:00am 6:00pm then scheduled as needed

Duties

The role of Vacation Relief is designed to fill gaps in the schedule when other workers are out on vacation. The vacation relief worker will be notified of their schedule at least 2 weeks in advance to prepare for what shift theyll be working. You will float between departments where you will work to load and unload trucks and other days you will be working in production.

Job Requirements:

• Have a FLEXIBLE personal schedule to accommodate schedule changes based on vacations scheduled
• Be able to bend, twist, and lift for the entire duration of the shift
• Basic math skills
• Be able to read and write English
• Be able to be given precise directions and follow those directions independently
