職務概要 （役割概要）

セールスマネージャーの全般的な指示のもと、既定のIHG・ANAと各ホテルにおける方針・手順の枠組みに沿って、販売業務に従事して頂きます。当ホテル内の全ての部門と調整し、「ウィニング ウェイ」、また、IHG・ANA・ホテルズグループのブランド精神を核とした望ましい労働文化を奨励することに貢献をして頂きます。

主な職務および責任 （役割の主な活動）

• 販売部門の年次部門方針、活動計画及び予算の策定を補佐すること

• 宿泊部門、料飲部門、リゾート運営部門及び他セクションとの連絡を密接にとり、スムーズなオペレーションに努めること

• 関連セクションとの円滑な関係づくりに努めること

• 宿泊・料飲・レジャー部門の収益を最大限にすべくセールス活動に従事すること

• すべての客室、料飲、宴会に関する商品知識、各種料金内容、及び全てのホテル内の施設を熟知していること

• 自らマーケティングプランを充分理解すること

• 客室、宴会に関する品質改善に関し、セールス＆マーケティング部長、販売担当部長、料飲部長に提言・提案すること

• 素行、服装、衛生、制服、身だしなみについて、適切な基準を維持すること

• 競合ホテルの情報を把握分析し、その結果を自らの業務に活かすとともに必要な部署に提供すること

• 債権回収に関するクレジット担当者を支援すること

• セールス活動に活かすべく、主要顧客のデータを管理すること

• トレードショー等業界機関への参加及び取引先との良好な関係を維持すること

応募資格・条件

• 資格は特に必要ありません。

• ホテル、ブランドおよび会社にプラスのイメージをもたらしながらお客様、従業員および第三者と関わる能力を発揮できる方

• 問題解決能力、推理、動機づけの能力、組織、訓練する能力

• Microsoft Officeの高い運用スキル

• 十分な文章力、理解力が備わっている方
