【職務内容】

ホテルの不動産およびその設備の効率的な運用、付属物のメンテナンスおよびリペアサービス、ホテルの構造的特徴のほか、グラウンドおよび外部施設のメンテナンスにおいても責任の範疇に含まれるものとする。

• ホテル施設全般の保守管理

• 設備投資の計画及び管理

• 年間プロジェクトの進歩管理の遂行及びメンテナンス計画の策定と遂行

• 年次予算の策定・執行管理

• 各種許認可の取得関連業務

• コスト分析およびコントロール

• 法令・行政関連の業務

• 外部業者との契約管理・打ち合わせなど

• 部門スタッフの管理・育成

【必要なスキル】

• 顧客、従業員および第三者とホテル、ブランド、会社を代表して交流関係を築くための確かな能力

• 優れたコミュニケーション力と文章力

• 問題解決、動機付け、組織およびトレーニングに関する能力

• チームを率いる強いリーダーシップ・スキル

• 設備関連における経験、あるいは同等の職歴または専門知識を有する方

• PC(Windows)の基本スキル/Word, Excel

• 第三種電気主任技術者、エネルギー管理士、防火および防災管理者の資格保有者優遇

• 英会話可能な方優遇
