Job Description

・Guide guests to the restaurant

・Table setting, order-taking, and food & beverage serving

・Handle reservations and inquiries

・Preparation and clean-up work before and after the restaurant opens and closes.

・Restaurant wedding service.

During on-boarding process, we will provide you with hotel introduction and on-boarding training, so you don`t need to worry.

After trainee period, we will set your Career Develpment Plan for your further growth.

With quarterly check-in and annual performance review, you can be promoted to the next level if you achieve your goal.

*Example of Career Develpment Plan: Senior in 2 years, Supervisor in 4 years, Manager in 5 years (This is just an example and your capability should make it happen )

Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills

・Posive thiking, equipped hospitality mind, and have a sense of responsibility

・Working experience at hospitality industry (regardless of job type)

Required experience, qualifications, and skills for foreign nationals

・This position is restricted to persons who currently live in Japan.

・Working Experience in the Food & Beverage industry for at least 1 year (regardless of job type).

・Japanese language skills (reading, writing and speaking) at a business level

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above

・Must have a working visa

Monthly salary

180,000 - 300,000 yen

# The amount should be considered by your capability, experience and skill

・Annual salary increment should be conducted in every April.

Actual increment was 2.5% as average in 2022 (It depends on your yearly performance after review)

・Bonus should be provided in every July and December.

Actual amount in 2022 was equivalent to 1-month salary as average.
