Liberty Healthcare is hiring for a new full-time Human Resources Coordinator position at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, OK.

The Robert M. Greer Center is a specialized intermediate care facility which provides short-term residential treatment to adults who have intellectual disabilities and behavioral support needs.

In this role you will work collaboratively with Liberty's Human Resources Coordinator. You will provide human resources support to our valued employees and assist applicants who aspire to work for our organization.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with hiring activities

  • Communicating with employees and job applicants face-to-face, by phone and via video

  • Scheduling meetings and job applicant interviews

  • Assisting candidates with employment applications and background checks

  • Participating in onboarding and training activities

  • Organizing employee files and human resources paperwork

  • Assisting with payroll activities and employee timekeeping

  • Providing administrative support (copying, scanning, filing, taking minutes, data entry etc.)

As a full-time employee of Liberty in this role, you can expect:

  • Starting salary between $65,000 and $70,000 (depending on qualifications)

To qualify for this position, you must have professional experience in a human resources role.

You should also have outstanding computer, organizational, written communication, verbal communication, and customer service skills.
