Perform routine maintenance duties as required at the resort.\ Ensure that room maintenance requests are handled in a prompt & courteous manner.\ Make basic repairs to units including, but not limited to, air conditioners, tiles, bathrooms, all\ fixtures, furniture, wall coverings, sheetrock, painting, and basic plumbing.\ Replace TVs, VCRs, DVDs and program TVs as required.\ Perform preventive maintenance in units and on equipment.\ Assist grounds personnel as directed. Use of lawn care equipment and snow removal\ equipment.
