INTERMOUNTAIN TRUCK REBUILDER Project Manager in OGDEN, Utah

We are a local family-owned company who has been in business for over 35 years.

We are looking to add a new team member, we need a project / production manager who can lead by example and keep all team members on task.

  • Effectively lead and assist the team with managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, and they meet the required quality standards.
  • Ensure that project resources are allocated appropriately and are utilized efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and other project-related documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, customers and management.
  • Identify and manage project issues.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the requirements and expectations.
  • Evaluate and prioritize project management requests by assigning tracking and verifying status of all projects in order to report project progress and status to senior management.

     

  • Other duties as assigned this is not all inclusive.

Responsibilities

This role will have accountability and leadership for all status update reports to management and/or customers. The role will have a core responsibility for managing both internal team members and external customer relationships while also communicating with a wide range of customers and vendors.

Qualifications

At-least 3- 4 years of verifiable experience in a management field

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be Reliable and dependable, on time and here for all scheduled shifts.

Be able to follow all company policies and procedures.
