Student worker will be present at an Information Station table in a central location within the College of Science,where brochures for campus services will be available. Student worker will be the point of contact to answer student questions about College of Science and WSU campus services,as well as questions about WSU in general and where to seek assistance. Student worker will record student questions into the Ask Waldo app to assist in training the app on real student questions.Student will work directly with College of Science advisor to assist students in connecting with services. Worker is expected to make a complete handoff of students to services (e.g. walk student to advising office,food pantry,or psychological services). Worker will record the questions and track outcomes of encounters with students. Student worker will be expected to complete basic training such as FERPA training.
