Individual will assist customers in the Wildcat store in all capacities in a wide variety of tasks: greet customers in a friendly,professional manner; become knowledgeable about the textbook floor including textbooks,rentals,eBooks,access codes,book availability,etc.; assist customers with finding books and answering their questions in a professional and helpful manner; help pull books for orders,sell books and Wildcat Store merchandise; stock inventory,keep store clean and orderly. Will be trained to operate a cash register,assist customers with purchases and any questions relating to payment plans.
