Reporting to the Executive Director for Student Retention and Success,the Associate Director for Student Navigation in the Student Success Center will be responsible for assessing student needs and enhancing navigation and success strategies. This role collaborates with the Executive Director for Student Retention and Success to develop strategies for supporting student populations based on data analysis. They also supervise a team of Navigational Academic Advisors and student staff,foster a team culture,and collaborate with other departments and campus partners to enhance student navigation and support initiatives. Outreach and engagement efforts are conducted through various university campaigns and collaborations with university departments and community organizations.
