The position has responsibility to oversee assigned enrollment projects and efforts and may supervise and provide work direction to select staff when applicable. It is expected the incumbent will support efforts to accomplish departmental objectives and meet regularly in a team environment to report on progress.Counsel and advise students,faculty,and/or staff.Ensure quality of enrollment services,processes,and programs.Oversee the resolution of problems and challenges regarding the enrollment,retention,and graduation of students.Proficient computer knowledge.Manage special projects and assignments.Represent Weber State University at college fairs,high school visits,and other student recruitment events.
