Title and Summary

Manager, Transaction Services (Accounts Payable Manager, Procure to Pay)

Overview:

Transaction Services is the global process owner of Accounts Payable, T&E Auditing and Processing, Card Program Administration, Supplier Maintenance, Purchase Order Maintenance and Help Desk functions. Our purpose is to maintain operations for these functions while ensuring standardized, efficient, and high quality service delivery.

Role:

• Administer the roll out of new Corporate Card and Procurement Card programs globally

o Compose and send communications to global customers

o Organize and conduct conference calls on implementation status

o Work closely with local teams to understand requirements

• Support expansion initiatives and M&A integrations

• Execute on objectives to improve processes, reduce costs, and accelerate productivity

• Manage on-shore and off-shore teams to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met

o Suspension and Compliance notices are sent timely and accurately

o Month end activities, such as Statements and 3 Point Reconciliation, are completed timely and accurately

o Ensure card applications are processed timely

• Enhance reporting capabilities and work with internal teams to understand reporting needs

• Analyze employee reimbursements for out of pocket expenses (Payroll vs AP)

• Ensure processes and policies are followed and desktop procedures are up to date

• Participate in key projects

All About You:

• Strong organization and prioritization skills

• Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to compose and initiate conference calls with customers globally

• Possess a strong problem solving ability, attention to detail, and a well-defined work ethic

• Self-starter

• Demonstrates a customer service focus and positive attitude

• Comfortable with multi-tasking and open to change

• Ability to process data with speed and accuracy

• Experience in Oracle Financials a plus

• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance practices; procure to pay background, preferred

• Card program administration experience, preferred

• Experience with Concur, preferred

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $100,000 - $160,000 USD
