  • 确保您所在地区的外勤员工安全和服务质量 

  • 计划、组织和管理现场服务活动,确保这些活动符合客户需求和公司标准 

  • 确保有效和高效地分配人力和物资等可用资源 

  • 与实地工作人员一起开展实地教育培训 

  • 提高效率,管理路线时间表和回电率 

  • 了解如何为外勤人员提供 技术支持 ,可以自行提供,也可以转给其他专家提供 

  • 授权维修订单并跟踪完成情况 

  • 引领变革,提高效率,加强沟通 

* 成功的候选人需要具备:*

  • 要求大专及以上学历;学士学位或同等相关工作经验(至少 7 年)优先考虑    

  • 有与技术人员团队合作的经验及团队管理经验,有电梯行业经验优先

  • 出色的沟通技巧和领导能力,以及在高度团队导向和充满活力的环境中工作的能力 

  • 具有较强的计算机和技术技能、商业头脑和客户服务热情
