What You\'ll Do: * Mentor and train plant electricians and mechanics to quickly diagnose and resolve issues with canmaking equipment to ensure high product quality and efficient production. * Direct the development and debugging of new products, production equipment, and manufacturing lines. * Work with plants and OEM suppliers and vendors to identify and resolve mechanical production problems, improving efficiency, quality, and safety. * Work closely with Plant Management, Project Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering teams. * Travel regularly to production facilities and equipment vendors as needed. We Need You To Have: * Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering preferred; relevant experience considered in place of a degree. * 5 or more years of electrical experience in a manufacturing environment. * 2 or more years of PLC controls experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, HMIs, Servo, and Inverter drives. * Proven experience in troubleshooting and debugging electrical controls, servos, inverter drives, and PLC platforms. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD; experience with RS Logix, Studio 5000, or FTV Studio is a plus. * Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year, with overnight stays required.
