Opportunity awaits at our top-tiered client in Oceanside, CA, who is currently hiring a diligent and motivated Talent Sourcer. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with passive talent for our recruitment pipeline, ensuring our organization attracts and hires the best professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company goals.

• Implement strategies to source, attract, recruit and select high-quality candidates.

• Develop and manage a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research.

• Prefilter candidates and review resumes to determine the qualifications of applicants.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

• At least 1 year of sourcing and/or recruiting experience.

• Solid knowledge of HR databases, and professional social media platforms.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
