This role will demand an ambitious professional who excels in coordination, administrative tasks, and usage of Workday along with other HR software.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department.

• Handle employee requests and queries efficiently and professionally.

• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) in the HR systems including Workday.

• Coordinate communication with candidates for interviews and onboarding process.

• Participate in HR projects, like collection of employee feedback and organization of internal events.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources role.

• Basic knowledge of labor laws.

• Experience with HR software including Workday is essential for this role.

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
