A company we are working with is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate has solid experience with HR practices and employee management. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our HR department in achieving its departmental and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer compensation and benefit plans.

• Conduct and analyze onboarding and exit interviews.

• Review and update HR policies, procedures, and programs.

• Aid in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

• Assist in development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.

• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of employment/labor laws.

• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
